Great customer service from start to finish.We want to book Cairo trip by air but unfortunately the tickets were sold out .Mr Mahmoud offered us a private trip - which was great 😊 His team ( guide lady very knowledgable took us through history of Egypt and the pyramids - and his driver took us there and back safely)Highly recommend Hurghada Reisen .We will be definitely using them again. We went for a few trips with them, Buggy Quads, camels and beduins + jeep through sands and a sea trip to see dolphins and corals. They provided private transfer with new car with AC from Safaga/Makadi bay. Don't even think to take a taxi or uber in this country, choose an agency for transfers.So we saw many dolphins, we swam with them and it was mind blowing. One dolphins passed so close by me that I could touch it. The corals and fish were amazing and the guide took really good care to explore the area.We were so happy with Hurghada Reisen and they provided the best prices and quality compared to what guys are selling inside resorts. 25euros per person was really good.

I'd like to recommend Hurghada Reisen. I sent an inquiry by Hurghada Reisen website before our departure to Egypt and almost immediately Mahmoud contacted with me via Whatsapp. I booked our trip by sending passports photos and 100Є deposit via PayPal. The contact with the company was very easy and smooth for all the time.The trip to Cairo by plane was very well planned. Pick-up on time (3:15AM). When we arrived to Cairo (6:30AM), our guide was already waiting for us. She was fantastic and knowledgeable, with sense of humor. We could decide for ourselves if we wanted to stop for souvenirs and coffee, if we wanted to take a camel ride or short boat cruise (both activities optional for extra fee). We had planty of time for photos. In the morning we started with Khan El Khalili, than Cairo Museum, lunch, papyrus factory what was optional and Pyramids & Sphinx in the end. We came back to the hotel at 8:30PM. Many thanks for this lovely day to our bus drivers and guide.We booked Luxor by bus as well. The trip went well with some small issues. Our pick-up bus was late approx. 20 minutes. Then we discovered that one of the drivers was sleeping in the back seat. The road trip to Luxor took about 5h with one stop after 2h. When we arrived we met our guide. She was very nice, told us a lot about all amazing monuments and gave us a lot of time for photos. We had an extra time for visiting Tutankhamun tomb what was optional. During the tour we found out that we needed an extra $10 pp for the boat transfer which we were not previously informed about. When it turned out that not all of tour participants had extra money, the price changed to $5. The day was very sunny and extremely hot so we were delighted when in the end of the tour our guide bought us chips and ice cream. Also we had plenty of cold water provided throughout the trip. We said goodbye to our Luxor tour guide and headed to the hotel. On the road we felt the rest of the crew pressuring us to leave tips, we received an envelope for tips and to be honest it wasn't very nice. For comparison, neither our drivers during Cairo tour nor our tour guides (for Luxor and Cairo) ever asked us for it and yet we were happy to tip them. Sorry to say that but here the effect was the opposite of what was intended.The lunch on both tours was good. Thanks to the cooks who couldn't taste the dishes because of Ramadan but still everything was tasty.Overall we really enjoyed both tours.

Totally recommended. You must come to Orange Beach with this guys if you're in Hurghada. We booked the day before with them to go to Orange Beach and Snorkeling. They answered us back by whatsapp and in less than 10 minutes they explained everything that was included: Luxury Yacht with 4 floors (we got the Harmony), snorkel, banana boat and sofa, lunch, pick up/ drop off and private place in Orange Beach. Great experience with funny and enthusiastic staff, well prepared and always giving clear instructions. We would repeat with them no matter what. Great company and awesome daytrip with lots of fun!

Mohammed responds promply, by whatsapp and also to calls if that is needed. We booked a tour by plane to Cairo with Hurghada Reisen. Very recommended, everything was good, except that it was very busy in Cairo and pyramids.We were picked up very early from the hotel and driven in time to the airport. After a short and smooth flight, we were awaited by our tour guide at the exit of Cairo airport.From airport we went to first stop Cairo old town. It was convenient to do it so early in the morning as streets were empty. By 9 o'clock we arrived at the Egyptian museum, there were hundreds of people on the door to get in at 9. The museum was really impressive. Then we went for a very ok lunch along the road. Then the pyramids, pyramids are amazing, but the feeling got a bit lost by the hassle of the crowd. By 4.30 the pyramids close and depending on the dense traffic there is time to do more activities. We preferred to go to the Eqyptian market, but that was not possible with the traffic, instead we went to a ‘papyrus factory’ and some other shop, which were in fact tourist traps. If you pay 25% of the demand price it is still overpaid . We were 1,5 hrs before the flight back which is suitable for an domestic flight. Arriving back in Hurghada, a driver awaited us at the taxi stand and smoothly took us back to the hotel, where we arrived around 0900.Our tour guide Hager was young, enthusiastic, professional and very knowledgeable. She guided us well and had answers to all our questions, that was quite amazing.The driver was driving us safe and calmly through the hectic Cairo traffic. Never an unpleasant moment in the car. Highly recommended!

Driver was very polite and positive. Guide Mido in Cairo very passionate about history of Egypt, was very interesting to listen him, he had all answer to our questions, he is friendly, loves kids, makes them happy. Best choice, we had a great time. Everyone was nice, friendly. Staff was well prepared, and we had the best guide for Cairo. Also, the trips to Orange bay, Paradise beach and Safari experience was awesome. We will come back next year.

Communication was very prompt, arranged everything at very short notice (less than 24h), drivers arrived on time, guides were knowledgeable and warm, funny, professional. Our one day Cairo by plane trip (from Hurghada) was the best decision we made on this trip. Everything was arranged perfectly, our guide in Cairo (Hussein) was amazing, flexible, highly educated and passionate about his country and culture. We highly recommend Hurghada Reisen when you are in Egypt.

Was an overall very fun day the orange bay, two sonrkel stops and water games was a great great package for the price of 375/personThe yacht (C.Jet) had a super friendly and fun crew. Food was the worst part but all the rest of the day was perfect.The yacht was really clean and the equipment were well handled and available for every age and size.

We had a very good interaction with Hurghada Reisen, the trips were organised perfectly. We wanted to see both Luxor (starts at 4AM and ends at around 9 PM) and Cairo (starts at 2 AM and ends at around 10 PM) and Mr. Mahmoud arranged them so we won't feel the fatigue so hard. The guids were very well prepared and very friendly, we had no issues in interacting with them. Also snorkeling and scuba experiences are amazing, we had a perfect time, the instructors are nice and friendly and have a lot of patience. We hope to come back and do the rest of the trips with Hurghada Reisen!

We did the day trip to Giftun and enjoyed it very much. The crew as very friendly and helpful. My wife had her birthday, and I told the agency before about it, and what a surprise, they organized a birthday cake - this was really nice of them. The price is quite decent compared to when a similar trip is booked through the travel agent dedicated to us from the german travel agency.

Ciao day trip from hurghada. Pick up 1am. Arrived 8.30am at Cairo Museum. Had a private English speaking guide for the day. Paid cash €45 to him. Went to a a buffet lunch included. Drinks extra. Then to the pryamida. Optional extra €10 euro to cruise the nail, we waited in the bus. Pryamida were epic, paid to ride a camel to get the best view of them. Cost €10 per person. Our guide kept annoying people away. Last stop was a perfume place, optional, could sit in the bus, then left 5pm. Arrived hurghada by 10am. Very long day but the coach was big, good Aircon, bathrooms and a stop on the way for snacks. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend as an essential visit to Egypt. Felt safe the whole time.

Utopia Island – snorkeling trip to the untouched paradise in the south of Hurghada

Utopia Island is located in the south of Hurghada near Safaga. The still nearly untouched coral reefs invite you to snorkel. During the trip you also have the opportunity to go fishing.

The snorkeling trip to Utopia Island is one of the most popular tours in the Red Sea. During the crossing from the port in Safaga you can sunbathe on the upper deck of the boat.

A stop in the open sea also gives the passionate anglers among you the opportunity to fish lunch by yourself – the chef on board will prepare the fish for you straight away.

The next time the boat moors close to a fantastic coral reef, where you will have enough time to snorkel and marvel at the colorful inhabitants of the Red Sea. After lunch the boat continues on its way to Utopia Island.

The sand there is so soft and clean, the water so crystal clear and warm – you will only have one wish: to be able to stay there forever!

Utopia Island Snorkeling:

The island of Utopia, located near Soma Bay close to Safaga is still quite untouched, as the area around the island is a designated nature reserve. Surrounding coral reefs invite you to extensive snorkeling, the beautiful turquoise water creates a Caribbean feeling.

Utopia Island itself consists of wonderfully soft, white sand as far as the eye can see. But before mooring off the island, you will have the opportunity to fish or snorkel in the open sea. If you, as a passionate angler, fish an eatable fish, the chef on board can prepare it for you as a delicious lunch.

The captain makes another stop at a magnificent coral reef, where you can once again dive into the beautiful blue waters of the Red Sea at Safaga and admire the lively underwater world.

Of course, you will have enough time for your amazing stay on Utopia Island with its magnificent white sandy beach before you take the ship back to the port in Safaga and then back to Hurghada.
